End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acknowledgment

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ephesian 28 LLC ("Licensor") for the use of the Muse mobile application ("Application").

This EULA is concluded between you and Ephesian 28 LLC only, and not with Apple. Ephesian 28 LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.

2. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA and Apple Media Services Terms.

4. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EPHESIAN 28 LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
